Shufeng Group Holds Skills Competition

On December 4th, Shufeng Group held an annual traditional festival "Employee Skills Contest", to develop good professional habits and safety literacy.
The leaders of Anheuser-Busch InBev Xiao, Li and COFCO came to the event site to guide and supervise.

Before the competition, Ji Feng, Director of Shufeng Logistics Operations, gave a speech to each contestant.

The competition is divided into warehouse supervisors, warehouse management, documents, forklifts, drivers, and comprehensive skills. Among them, the driver and the forklift need to compete in the theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. In the end, the top three single results and the top three group results will be selected.

Seven outstanding teams from all warehouses, 34 cadres and employees from various positions in the front line participated in the competition.

During the competition, simulated drills according to the requirements of the on-site implementation will promote employees to better master the operating standards, improve the technical level, and make the competition more authentic and closer to the actual operation.
