Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and improve the management system and process of the warehouse, review it at least once a year, and supervise the effective implementation of the system and process;
2. Responsible for the safety and fire protection of the entire reservoir area; Implement various fire prevention and anti-theft measures; Organize fire drills at least once a year;
3. Responsible for the management of all finished products, raw materials, recyclables, packaging materials, containers, bottles, pallets, assets and other items in the warehouse, and ensure that the accounts are consistent with the facts, and the responsible persons are clear;
4. Do a good job in warehouse data statistics and operation and settlement;
5. Effective management of foreign vehicles and personnel;
6. Do a good job in staffing, recruitment, training, assessment, etc.;
7. Do a good job in personnel echelon construction and team building;
8. Hold regular departmental meetings and safety theme meetings every month, hold weekly departmental meetings, hold morning meetings every day according to standard requirements, and make records;
9. The implementation of various system work;
10. Do a good job in customer service and deal with customer complaints in a timely manner;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
12. Accept the company‘s rotation arrangement and obey the job transfer.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of working experience in logistics and warehousing (FMCG) related fields;
3. Familiar with the system operation of logistics and warehousing management, and familiar with the logistics and warehousing operation process;
4. Have management skills, strong coordination and communication skills.
【Site Supervisor】

Job Responsibilities:
1. Do a good job in on-site 5S work, PPE wearing inspection and management of external personnel;
2. Arrange personnel reasonably and arrange shifts reasonably according to the plan;
3. Make reasonable allocation of personnel and resources according to actual needs;
4. On-site safety management and hidden danger investigation;
5. Provide guidance and training to employees to improve their professional skills;
6. Assist the warehouse manager to sort out the responsibilities and performance appraisal of employees;
7. Make records of departmental meetings and follow up on implementation;
8. Inspection of fire protection facilities in the reservoir area, and implementation of fire safety work;
9. Warehouse equipment use and maintenance inspection, keys, scanning guns, walkie-talkies and other public assets are properly kept;
10. Deal with all kinds of abnormal situations that occur on site, and report them in time if they cannot be solved;
11. Accept the company‘s rotation arrangement and obey the job transfer.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in logistics management is preferred;
